About Dan Wolf

I was born in Palmer, Alaska . My family owned a small farm and home business. Our home was close to the Knik River , a few miles from " The Butte ". I learned very early the basic values of starting early each day, planning and prioritizing the day to make the most of it, doing what you say you are going to do, and making every effort to finish the job each day before "calling it a day."

I began my career as a full time Realtor in Anchorage in 1983, (over 20 years ago!). I am one of the top producing real estate agents in Anchorage , and have been in the top 1 percent of local real estate agents, in all price ranges, as far as number of housing units sold annually.

My Family

I am married to Kristi Wolf, wife, friend and business partner. Kristi is a licensed Realtor in her own right and she owns and manages PowerHouse Gym located on Northern Lights Blvd.

We have three children:

Corene age 26; is a graduate from Wheaton College in Chicago . Soon after graduating college, Corene met and married Brandon. Corene graduated from Heritage Christian School in 1999 as class valedictorian with honors and received scholarships including the valued BP Principal Leaders Award. Corene has two babies, Jude and Abbey.
Ryan age 23; is a student at Portland State University . Ryan's hobbies include skiing and music. Ryan has played in several Anchorage bands such as "Subject to Change" and "Railer". Ryan was a volunteer evening disc jockey for KRUA for 2.5 years.
Cody age 6; Cody loves anything with wheels... cars, trains and planes. Cody is in Kindergarten at Grace Christian School in Anchorage. Whoever said kids keep you young, never met Cody!

My Free Time

A favorite evening for the Wolf family is a dinner at a local restaurant or an evening at home spending time together. A favorite vacation would typically be a long weekend trip to Seattle , or a week in Mexico . My personal hobbies include, mountain bike riding, downhill skiing, skeet (clay pigeon) shooting, working out & staying physically fit and conditioned, traveling, reading, both fiction and nonfiction books and looking for adventures and challenges where I can find them!
