Kim Mittness , Realtor, CRS
I grew up in the Seattle suburbs, followed by periods living in Mesa, AZ, Las Vegas, Kilauea and Honolulu, HI, before moving to Alaska in early 1992! I have had the great privilege to travel to some incredible places, including a year living in Doha, Qatar in 2014, but in all my travels I have found no place that compares to Alaska. My heart is here, and my love of Alaska and our community continues to grow each day.
I have 3 adult children and one granddaughter, all currently living out of state. My oldest daughter has lived in Colorado since 2011, my son recently moved to Sweden for his dream job as a computer game developer, and my youngest daughter just relocated to Missouri with her husband and daughter.
My experience as a journeyman carpenter, AutoCad designer, and construction project manager was a perfect background as I segued into real estate, which I’m lucky enough to say is my passion as well as my career. I received my real estate license in 2007, and my associate broker license in 2011. Through the years I’ve continued my education by obtaining my CRS, GRI, and E-Pro certifications.
During my free time I enjoy traveling, mountain and snow biking, hiking, trail running, and yoga.
It's an honor to be on the Wolf Team, and I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals!
