As a first-generation American who emigrated from the Philippines in 1988, I understand that owning a home does not necessarily end in having the pride of ownership. I believe that where you live is part of a larger community, and that taking care of your house or condo contributes to a strong neighborhood. Strong neighborhoods contribute to good cities and towns, good cities and towns make great states, etc. All of this is part of the “American dream!"
An important aspect of my life is my family – my husband, Tim Kelly (also a Realtor with the Dan Wolf Team) and our three children: Sean, Boston, & Madison. I love music and equate being a good real estate agent to being the conductor of a symphony, coordinating the different musicians to realize a successful piece or transaction. At different points in the process, the real estate agent is a salesperson, a buyer’s advocate, an analyst, a business manager, a consultant, a negotiator, and a marketer, just to name a few roles!
The concept of owning and making a home is tantamount to the pursuit of happiness. It says “I am here and I belong here.” I appreciate my clients’ and friends’ continued referrals, and helping me make this a reality for many!
