Make sure your concrete, including sidewalks and patios, are as clean as possible. The best way to clean keep your concrete clean, especially in garages, is to clean the stain as soon as possible. Also, renter a pressure washer can also help get out stubborn stains. Do this and your will stand out from other homes in your neighborhood.
2. Repair Fence

If they are loose, take a large mallet to secure them in the ground. Also, look for any holes where animals may have burrowed. If you do find holes be sure to install mesh to prevent it from happening again and fill the holes with dirt. Lastly, give your fence a facelift, if needed (paint or stain), to make it look new again. This little fix will make your listing stand out against other Alaska real estate listings.
