My Professional Team

Having a specialist on you team is a smart idea. Having a Team of specialists is even smarter! The old days of the traditional real estate agent trying to do everything alone is not a effective as the Team System.

Dan Wolf - Leader of the Pack!

Dan Wolf - Leader of the Pack!I was born in Palmer, Alaska . My family owned a small farm and home business. Our home was close to the Knik River , a few miles from " The Butte " in the famous farming community called the "Matanuska Valley". I learned very early the basic values of starting early each day, planning and prioritizing the day to make the most of it, doing what you say you are going to do, and making every effort to finish the job each day before "calling it a day."

I began my career as a full time Realtor in Anchorage in 1983, (over 24 years ago!). I am consistantly one of the top producing real estate agents in Anchorage , and have been in the top 1 percent of local real estate agents, in all price ranges, as far as number of housing units sold annually. My team and I commonly sells about 10 homes per month. Contact me at danwolf@alaska.net

Sarah Haltness

Sarah Haltness is a licensed real estate agent in her own right and chooses to work with The Wolf Group as a Buyer's agent. After graduating with a BA in Psychology from the University of Alaska Sarah has looked around at different career opportunities searching for a career that is "people based". Sarah is most challenged when she is helping people and solving problems, so real estate is a natural path for her goals. "There is never a dull moment when people are involved!" "I get to use my people skills more than I ever imagined and I love it!"

Sarah is a physically active person, and loves to participate in anything that challenges her strength and endurance such as running, hiking, biking and swimming. If she can motivate a non-active person to join her, even better! Seeing someone else succeed in anything productive is very satisfying to Sarah.

Darren Donald

Darren was recruited by the Wolf team last season to be a production partner and lead listing specialist.  His ability to communicate and connect with people, as well as his attention to detail, is a perfect fit for real estate.  Darren can  take the stress and complication out of selling your home!

Darren Donald moved with his family to Anchorage when he was four years old and has fond memories of street hockey under the Midnight Sun and ice hockey anywhere there was a sheet of ice!   He played hockey here for the local UAA Seawolves then later moved on to coaching youth hockey.  He has spent the last ten years in professional sales and retail management.

Darren has a wonderful wife, Rebecca, as well as two great kids, Alexandra 5 and Reed 3.  He loves to fish and enjoys it even more now that Reed is old enough to fish with him.  Whenever possible, he takes his family out in their RV to enjoy some biking, s'mores and relaxation in vast beauty of Alaska .

Damara Spurlock

Damara started with The Wolf Team this year as our "Customer Experience and Office Manager". She works with the entire team and their clients to make the process of selling or buying your home as smooth as possible!

Damara has lived in Alaska her entire life and loves it more every day. She worked with an advertising firm before getting her Real Estate License, so she has a great understanding of what it takes to sell your home in a competitive market.

Damara enjoys spending time outdoors, including snowmachining and her recently found hobby of fly-fishing. She is also very interested in all types of music and never passes up an opportunity to dance!

Vince Ponce, Handyman Extraordinaire!

In many home sale transaction there are things either the seller "just never got around to repairing", or that are called out by the appraiser, lender or by a home inspector. I wish I had a silver dollar for every time Vince has dropped everything he's doing to run over to a property I was working on to make a repair or give me an estimate to get something done under a time crunch! Vince is a huge asset to me and that my customers have direct benefit from should the situation arise.

Eric Wiener - Web Tech

One of the more important aspects of real estate is making sure that you have the right information available to you. Knowing what is available, where it is, and getting that information to you efficiently is a key part.

Eric Wiener is an accomplished programmer with a strong background in web design, user interface design, and web application engineering.
