My Professional Team

Having a specialist on you team is a smart idea. Having a Team of specialists is even smarter! The old days of the traditional real estate agent trying to do everything alone is not a effective as the Team System.

Dan Wolf - Leader of the Pack!

Dan Wolf - Leader of the Pack!I was born in Palmer, Alaska . My family owned a small farm and home business. Our home was close to the Knik River , a few miles from " The Butte " in the famous farming community called the "Matanuska Valley" (home to world class cabbage and potatoes). I learned very early the basic values of starting early each day, planning and prioritizing the day to make the most of it, doing what you say you are going to do, and making every effort to finish the job each day before "calling it a day."

I am married to Kristi and have three children. A daughter, Corene Swisher who is married to Brandon Swisher and lives in State College, Penn with her family of four children. Son, Ryan, who lives in Portland, OR and is a student at Portland State. Son, Cody, is ten years old and in the fourth grade at Grace Christian School.

I began my career as a full time Realtor in Anchorage in 1983, (over 27 years ago!). I am consistantly one of the top producing real estate agents in Anchorage , and have been in the top 1 percent of local real estate agents, in all price ranges, as far as number of housing units sold annually. My team and I commonly sell about 10 homes per month. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and have completed specific classes to better assist buyers and sellers.

Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group has been a great company. Our team started in the very beginning when there were only 4 agents in the office. It has been so rewarding to have a voice in a new company. Keller Willams Alaska Group has grown from 4 agents in 2006 to over 100 agents in 2008! .

In my spare time in the summer I love hiking, we haveamazing trail systems here, this past summer I hiked the forty mileresurrection pass which was very exciting. I also participate in many runsannually, one being the mayor’s half marathon. In winter I spend my timesnowboarding at Alyeska resort in Girdwood and cross country skiing.

It is my goal to provide you withthe best service and I will do whatever is required to make the purchase ofyour next home a rewarding and positive experience. Megan Jackson

I spent my youth in a small rural community in Southern Virginia and attended the University of Tennesse where I received a degree in Interior Architecture. I began my Alaska adventure to be with my boyfriend, a native of Fairbanks, who works as a financial analyst at an investment management firm. Previously, I lived in Atlanta working as a project designer for an event production company.

My original role within the pack was to handle the day-to-day activities and assist the other team members. After being with the team for a year, I now have my real estate license and am ready to use my experience with event coordination to help coordinate your transaction for one of the most important purchases of your life - your home. Also, I am excited to be able to use my design background to assist you in the vision for your new residence as well as help you understand the intricate process of buying a home.

When not working I skate for the local roller derby team, the Rage City Roller Girls. I also enjoy hiking, playing disc golf, and any other of the myriad of Alaskan outdoor activities.

Vince Ponce, Handyman Extraordinaire!

In many home sale transaction there are things either the seller "just never got around to repairing", or that are called out by the appraiser, lender or by a home inspector. I wish I had a silver dollar for every time Vince has dropped everything he's doing to run over to a property I was working on to make a repair or give me an estimate to get something done under a time crunch! Vince is a huge asset to me and that my customers have direct benefit from should the situation arise.
