My Professional Team

Having a specialist on you team is a smart idea. Having a Team of specialists is even smarter! The old days of the traditional real estate agent trying to do everything alone is not a effective as the Team System.

Dan Wolf - Leader of the Pack!

Dan Wolf - Leader of the Pack!I was born in Palmer, Alaska . My family owned a small farm and home business. Our home was close to the Knik River , a few miles from " The Butte " in the famous farming community called the "Matanuska Valley" (home to world class cabbage and potatoes). I learned very early the basic values of starting early each day, planning and prioritizing the day to make the most of it, doing what you say you are going to do, and making every effort to finish the job each day before "calling it a day."

I am married to Kristi and have three children. A daughter, Corene Swisher who is married to Brandon Swisher and lives in State College, Penn with her family of three children. Son, Ryan, who lives in Portland, OR and is a student at Portland State. Son, Cody, is eight years old and in the third grade at Grace Christian School.

I began my career as a full time Realtor in Anchorage in 1983, (over 25 years ago!). I am consistantly one of the top producing real estate agents in Anchorage , and have been in the top 1 percent of local real estate agents, in all price ranges, as far as number of housing units sold annually. My team and I commonly sell about 10 homes per month

Keller Williams Realty has been a great company. Our team started in the very beginning when there were only 4 agents in the office. It has been so rewarding to have a voice in a new company. Keller Willams Alaska Group has grown from 4 agents in 2006 to over 100 agents in 2008! . Contact me at danwolf@alaska.net

Sarah Haltness

There is not a day that goes by that is like the day before! I guess that is what keeps my interest. I love people and have a curiosity about them. I want to know what makes you tick and why. Real Estate buying and selling reaches into a person's life like nothing else. You would not believe the different emotions I see. Everyone handles these ups and downs of the process in a different way. Some just get so excited whether good or bad and others just take things with the "give it a minute" resolve.

I love the community of Anchorage and I say community because there are definitely times I think the weather is bad and the shopping even worse, but he people of Anchorage are terrific! So many of the clients I have relocating from other parts of the country or world comment on what friendly people we have here in Anchorage. This makes Anchorage an easy sell for me!

After graduating with a BA in Psychology, I thought I would work as a counselor or a social worker, but I think I hit it out of the park as your Realtor! In the last 5 years I have worked with over 500 buyers and sellers and have knowledge of the schools and neighborhoods that fit your family.

Darren has a wonderful wife, Rebecca, as well as two great kids, Alexandra 6 and Reed 4.  He loves to fish and enjoys it even more now that Reed is old enough to fish with him.  Whenever possible, he takes his family out in their RV to enjoy some biking, s'mores and relaxation in vast beauty of Alaska .

Kelly Buckley

As the newest addition to the pack, I was brought aboard to manage the team's day to day activities. Having just recently moved to Alaska from the United Kingdom, I make my home in Eagle River with my husband, Rob, our 8 year old son, Jacob and Chocolate Labrador, Gus. I am a proud Army wife and having moved all over the world I can help make you feel comfortable while you are buying or selling your home.

While in North Carolina, I was a licensed real estate salesperson and spent my career in property management. I managed over 400 homes in the Wake County area and managed real estate investments for clients all over the world.  Before managing a real estate investment portfolio, I managed mult-family apartment communities.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. We like to explore new places and see where we can just get "lost" in a new environment.

Vince Ponce, Handyman Extraordinaire!

In many home sale transaction there are things either the seller "just never got around to repairing", or that are called out by the appraiser, lender or by a home inspector. I wish I had a silver dollar for every time Vince has dropped everything he's doing to run over to a property I was working on to make a repair or give me an estimate to get something done under a time crunch! Vince is a huge asset to me and that my customers have direct benefit from should the situation arise.
