Our Professional Team

Having a specialist on you team is a smart idea. Having a Team of specialists is even smarter! The old days of the traditional real estate agent trying to do everything alone is not a effective as the Team System.

Dan Wolf - Leader of the Pack!

Dan Wolf - Leader of the Pack!I was born in Palmer, Alaska . My family owned a small farm and home business. Our home was close to the Knik River , a few miles from " The Butte " in the famous farming community called the "Matanuska Valley" (home to world class cabbage and potatoes). My grandparents were dairy farmers from Wisconsin who had moved to this area in 1935.

I learned very early the basic values of starting early each day, planning and prioritizing the day to make the most of it, doing what you say you are going to do, and making every effort to finish the job each day before "calling it a day." The work ethic my parents taught me have served me well in my real estate career.

I am married to Kristi and have three children. A daughter, Corene Swisher, who is married to Brandon and lives in State College, Pennsylvania with her family of four children. My son, Ryan, lives in Portland, OR and is a college student at Portland State. Our youngest son, Cody, is eleven years old and in elementary school at Grace Christian School.

I began my career as a full time Realtor in Anchorage in 1983, (over 28 years ago!). I am consistantly one of the top producing real estate agents in Anchorage , and have been in the top 1 percent of local real estate agents, in all price ranges, as far as number of housing units sold annually. My team and I commonly sell about 10 homes per month. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and have completed specific classes to better assist buyers and sellers.

In addition to working hard, I believe it's important to play. I have a wide range of hobbies including skeet shooting, Harley Davidson motorcycles, reading both fiction and non-fiction and photography. In addition, my son, Cody, and I like to to geocache, both finding caches and hiding them for others to locate, when we have time for it.

We are a preferred broker for transferring ConocoPhilips people and have helped many move both into and out of Anchorage; Some of those people multiple times back and forth! We also help many employees of BP and Haliburton You can see by our resume that we are able to accommodate both buyers and sellers who need to get things done - and done right!

Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group has been a great company. My team and I started in the very beginning when there were only 4 agents in the office. It has been very rewarding to have a voice in a new company. Keller Willams Alaska Group has grown from 4 agents in 2006 to over 180 agents in 2011!

I look forward to meeting you. Expect exceptional service!

Abigail Owens

I have always loved Alaska, growing up in Houston I always loved to come up to Alaska for summer trips with my parents and to escape the heat. After college I couldn't resist moving to this beautiful place and have loved every second. My interest in real estate stemmed from my time at Louisiana Tech University where I received a degree in Photography and a minor in Interior Design.

In my spare time in the summer I love hiking, we have amazing trail systems here, this past summer I hiked the forty mile resurrection pass which was very exciting. I also participate in many runs annually, one being the mayor's half marathon. In winter I spend my time snowboarding at Alyeska resort in Girdwood and cross country skiing.

It is my goal to provide you with the best service and I will do whatever is required to make the purchase of your next home a rewarding and positive experience. Over this past year, I have helped twenty two happy families find a fresh start here in Alaska and I am excited to help you and your family discover the perfect home.

My goal is to provide you with the Best Customer Service possible.  That means answering the Phone, Responding quickly to E-Mails, Voice-Mails, and getting you every bit of information regarding a property so that you can make an informed decision in your Home Buying Process. You are important to me! It doesn't matter if you are buying a 90 thousand dollar Condo or a Million dollar Single Family Residence I will work hard for you.

I got into Real Estate to " Have a Rewarding Career where I have Value ".  To work more with friends and family on a daily basis.  To help people find the home of their dreams. I'm not a traditional Real Estate Agent I am on the cutting edge of Technology, Young and Energetic ready to Work Hard for you.

From the start growing up as a Military Brat gave me the opportunity to live all over the World.  I first moved to Anchorage in the 5th grade and I lived at Elmendorf AFB.  I loved every day of the three years spent here in my early youth. I did lots of Camping with the Boy Scouts, Fishing on the Kenai and Seward, Skiing at Hilberg and Alyeska, and Snow Machining on my John Deer 440.

My freshman year of High school my dad got orders to the Middle East and at first it was a culture shock. There was a foreign language, different food, and military police with automatic guns around.  I spent a total of three of my high school years in Ankara, Turkey were I learned how to interact with people of different cultures and beliefs.  Living in Turkey and traveling in Europe I enjoyed the food, culture, and history it was a life altering experience helping to shape who I am today.

I've been living in Anchorage now since 1996 and I love getting outdoors with my Wife and two dogs Jackson & Henna.  We can usually be found at University Lake, Conner's Bog, Flattop, or snow shoeing several different locations.  I also teach Scuba Diving courses through Last Frontier Diving & Adventures which keeps me in the water a few nights out of the month, and occasionally a weekend in Whittier or Seward to conduct certification dives for the students. I also love Fly Fishing, Flying Cessna 172's around the local area, and floating the Kenai.

David Armstrong

I have been selling real estate full time for 5 years. I began my real estate career at Century 21. In 2007 I was voted “Rookie of the Year" because I treat customers and clients the way I would like to be treated, meaning I do what I say I will do. I return calls and stay in touch!

In 2009 I joined forces with Keller Williams Alaska Group and have learned even more strategies and tactics to expertly represent both Buyers and Sellers. My goal is to get my Sellers the most money in the shortest amount of time, with as little inconvenience as possible, and, to get my Buyers the property that best meets their needs and within their budget, all the while making the buying process an educational and exciting adventure.

I provide you with as much information as possible to enable you to make the best decisions with your time & money.  I believe it is about you and your house, not that agent and their ego.

I was raised in Anchorage , AK and have lived here for more than 25 years.  For fun I enjoy traveling with my wife and two year old son. We love art! Drawing & painting is relaxation for us. I also enjoy boxing for fitness and taking walks with my family and our dog Buddy.
