These contractors may or may not even know that I am recommending or referring them on this website. This is simply a service to my friends and customers who often call me for a recommendation on various things that arise in the ownership of real estate.
I always recommend that you get more than one bid and ask for references when you hire contractors. If the contractor you call cannot help you, ask them for the names of someone who they might know who can help you. If you find a name or phone number or address that has changed, please let me know so I can keep my file current.
If you have a contractor you'd recommend that does good work, stands behind their work, and charges reasonable prices, feel free to refer them to me.
